Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, business or farm name, email address, telephone number, enquiry type, number of assets and message. It also sends the page address, referrer, selected product and campaign details when available. AGRISEC uses this information to receive and respond to your enquiry.
Orders and checkout
Checkout opens a secure Shopify page. The contact, delivery, billing and payment information entered there is used to process your order. Use an email address you can access because order and activation messages are sent to it.
Contact-form delivery
Contact enquiries are sent securely from the website to hello@agrisec.co. Do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
AGRISEC device portal
The device portal is separate from checkout. Portal access and password recovery are handled within the AGRISEC portal after activation. Continue to the device portal.
Website delivery
The website host processes routine request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as network address, browser details, requested page and time of access. This website does not send information to an advertising or analytics provider.

To ask about personal information supplied to AGRISEC, email hello@agrisec.co. Include enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry, order or portal access, but do not send a password.
